Description

11-12 yrs. Focusing on safe use of technology with an introduction to project life-cycle and robotic logic. Access to Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and building computers. Intro to MS Office. Advanced crafting and coding blocks in Minecraft and other game/code software. Logic based problems solving will be explored with short term and long-term consequences in mind.

While developing the skills needed to solve real world problems, this group will begin laying the foundation for their digital legacy becoming stewards of respectful and careful digital interaction. Participants will learn to maintain comfortable, inclusive, environments where ideas and excellence can thrive.

Meets once a week for 1.5 hours, includes snacks and refreshments.
